About the role
The role supports enterprise-wide L&D reporting across Business Units and Central L&D, maintains dashboards, coordinates budget operations, supports audit and compliance requirements, and contributes to the seamless delivery of learning programs.
What you'll do
- Learning Analytics, Dashboards & Reporting
- Consolidate and publish periodic L&D reports across all Business Units and Central L&D
- Maintain learning dashboards and reporting repositories, including participation, completion, utilization, feedback, compliance and cost metrics
- Validate source data, investigate variances and ensure accuracy, consistency and timely reporting
- Support the definition and consistent application of learning metrics, data standards and reporting logic
