About the role
We are looking for a business analyst who will work as part of the product development team to execute tasks which can affect more than one office, department, or client. In addition to helping in process improvements, the BA will be working primarily on analysis in the areas of the GMS practice to determine its objectives and how it operates within the information technology framework.
What you'll do
- Analysing the new requirements from our clients and translating into functional specifications for the product developers
- Reviewing the acceptance tests associated with the acceptance criteria - Evolving the details of the user stories through conversations with the developers
- Attending iteration retrospectives to provide feedback and improve the development process
