Manager - Cloudops at KPMG Global Services. As a Lead CloudOps Engineer within our Tax capability, you will lead and manage a team of engineers responsible for cloud operations, cloud infrastructure and services.
What you'll do
- As a Lead CloudOps Engineer within our Tax capability, you will lead and manage a team of engineers responsible for cloud operations, cloud infrastructure and services
- Be accountable for both the team’s delivery and people management, including performance management, coaching, mentoring, career development
- Guide technical decision-making, set engineering best practices, and ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-quality cloud infrastructure solutions
- Also play a key role in developing technical capabilities within the team, supporting junior engineers and future leaders through continuous learning and mentorship
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure across Development, QA, and Production environments
