What you'll do
- Portfolio Leadership & Delivery Accountability
- Own outcomes for assigned clients, engagements or portfolio areas, including quality, timeliness, budget discipline and stakeholder confidence
- Translate client and business priorities into delivery plans, governance routines, milestones and success measures
- Oversee multiple workstreams, ensure SLAs are achieved and maintain strong quality through planning, controls and accountability
- Drive consistent delivery through robust trackers, handoffs, issue logs, review routines and lessons-learned actions
