About the role
KPMG Global Services Delivery Platform (KGSDP) is seeking an experienced Manager to be a Learning Business Partner for one of the largest business units. The role will act as a strategic advisor to business stakeholders, driving capability development through a performance consulting approach.
What you'll do
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to conduct learning needs analysis and identify capability development priorities aligned to business objectives
- Engage in consultative and performance-focused conversations to diagnose performance challenges and uncover underlying skill and capability gaps
- Apply performance consulting frameworks and methodologies to recommend appropriate learning and development interventions
- Collaborate with Learning & Talent Development (L&TD) teams, solution advisors, instructional designers
- Translate business requirements into structured learning strategies, development plans, and capability-building initiatives
