About the role
Manager - Transformation - KRC at KPMG Global Services. The position in discussion is with the Lean OpEx Transformation team at KGS.
What you'll do
- Work closely with the Transformation leads for KGS, BU’s, Support Functional heads, Business Owners to drive Operational Excellence
- Assess all aspects of current operating model including people, process, technology etc. as well as design and implement target operating model
- Lead CI culture establishment to generate problem solving and analytical mindset within teams
- Delivery tangible outcomes through OpEx projects and initiatives driving efficient project management practices
- Collaborate within BU’s / Peer experts /Global teams to maximize benefit realization
