About the role
3 rd shift 4:30pm-1:00am IST/ 7:00am-3:30pm EST The Senior Analyst will be responsible for supporting the U.S. Global Mobility Team (GM) and their related processes. The role holder will need strong communication and stakeholder management skills and will be expected to maintain a high level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail.
What you'll do
- Responsible for supporting the U.S. Global Mobility Team (GM) and their related processes
- Provide seamless operational and administrative coordination for the GM team, including but not limited to, pre-assignment support, time tracking, invoice processing
- Assist with expense management
- Communicate with stakeholders(internal and external) and onshore team members/leadership team, throughout all processes
- Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to implement
