What you'll do
- Work on securitization tax engagements related to collateralized loan obligations (CLO), credit funds
- Use third party software, such as Intex, Markit among others, to analyze cashflows, the impact on present values, and tax and accounting concepts
- Research on federal and some international income tax matters related to income recognition, expense deduction, accounting methods, debt instruments, stated interest
- Analyze large, complex transaction datasets, parsing through multiple sources to achieve desired outcomes
- Prepare client deliverables and working papers supporting our findings
