What you'll do
- Conduct in-depth tax due diligence on identified investee companies for primary and secondary acquisitions by private equity funds

- Analyze and interpret tax and regulatory implications of transaction structures under domestic and international tax laws and applicable regulatory framework
- Work closely with private equity and alternative investment funds to evaluate tax and regulatory implications of fund structures, portfolio company investments
- Assist in the design and implementation of tax-efficient investment holding structures
