About the role
The Financial Transactions Transfer Pricing (FTTP) Manager will be responsible for leading and delivering transfer pricing engagements related to intercompany financial transactions, including loans, guarantees, cash pooling, and treasury arrangements. The role requires strong technical expertise, global transfer pricing knowledge, entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to drive high‑quality client engagements across geographies.
What you'll do
- Responsible for leading and delivering transfer pricing engagements related to intercompany financial transactions, including loans, guarantees, cash pooling
- Lead end-to-end FTTP engagements , including planning, execution, review, and delivery
- Manage transfer pricing analysis for intercompany loans, guarantees, cash pooling, hedging, and treasury structures
- Develop and review economic and financial models (e.g., credit rating, pricing of guarantees, interest benchmarking)
- Ensure high quality and technical accuracy of all deliverables, including reports, documentation, and client presentations
