About the role
As the City Head for LAP loans at KreditBee, you will lead and oversee all aspects of LAP operations within your designated city. Reporting to the Zonal Head, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, managing a team, and ensuring operational excellence to achieve targets.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business through the channel sales, focusing on expanding the customer base and increasing market share
- Utilize and expand a strong network of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) in the market to facilitate LAP loans acquisition and distribution
- Effectively manage existing DSAs and recruit new ones, ensuring proper training, performance management, and compliance with company policies
