About the role
We are seeking an experienced UPI Test Lead to drive the testing activities related to UPI payment solutions. In this role, you will lead a team of testers responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and compliance of UPI integrations across the platforms. You will collaborate closely with development teams, product managers, and stakeholders to drive efficient and effective testing processes.
What you'll do
- Lead and mentor a team of test engineers and analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for UPI integrations across web, mobile, and other platforms
- Define and implement automated testing frameworks and tools to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency
- Establish and maintain scalable test environments, including UPI sandbox configurations and test data management
- Conduct thorough functional, regression, integration, and performance testing of UPI payment functionalities
