Senior Manager / AVP – Treasury & Lending Relationship

About the role

You will manage the company’s interface with banks, NBFCs, co-lenders, rating agencies, and equity investors, ensuring timely and accurate information flow internally and externally.

What you'll do

• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and co-lenders for new proposals, renewals, limit enhancements, and ongoing requirements
• Manage regular MIS, portfolio data, financial information, covenants, and compliance requirements for lenders and co-lenders
• Coordinate with rating agencies (CRISIL/ICRA/CARE or equivalent) for periodic reviews, data submissions, and query resolution
• Manage MIS and information requirements for equity investors and support fundraising activities including data room management
• Understand external stakeholder queries and prepare structured, point-wise responses logically
