About the role
We are seeking an experienced Embedded Technology Lead to oversee the design, development, and delivery of embedded solutions across firmware, hardware, and testing domains. This role involves leading end-to-end embedded product development, ensuring compliance with CE marking and other international standards.
What you'll do
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle for embedded products, including requirements gathering, architecture design, firmware development, hardware design, testing
- Define and design embedded system architectures, including microcontrollers, embedded Linux/RTOS platforms, and custom electronics
- Drive and review firmware development in C/C++ (or equivalent), ensuring code quality, modularity, and maintainability
- Lead hardware development and PCB design reviews , ensuring integration with embedded firmware components as well as EMS management
- Lead testing and validation strategies including test plans & test management, integration testing, hardware-in-the-loop (HIL), environmental and compliance testing
