Responsible for effective deployment of resources through manpower planning, shop loading and output delivery as per Plan in Forged Valve Assembly Completion of production orders within lead time. Monitoring the production booking in the shift. Reducing rework and rejection on continuous basis. Maintain shop floor discipline and 5 S activities
