About the role
Carrying out final inspection of tested valves at shop floor . Carryout & inspection of new development valves.
What you'll do
- Carrying out Final inspection of valves as per the check list and entering the details in the system
- Raising the X2 & X3 Notifications against production order and closing the notification after completion of assigned work
- Analysing assembly related quality issues and taking corrective actions by coordinating with incoming inspection & purchase
- Analysing the causes of valve leakage along with production and taking corrective actions
- Carryout & offering the valves for witness tests to Third Party Inspection agencies /Client inspection and getting IRN – whenever required
