About the role
We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our DPSP platform. In this role, you will work at the interface between cloud-based software and connected hardware devices, validating functionality of the DPSP backend at an early stage. You will collaborate closely with software developers, other test engineers and product owners to ensure a robust and scalable solution.
What you'll do
- Validate changes in the backend and design, develop, and execute system test scenarios
- Validate data transmission between hardware devices and cloud services, correct storage of data and forwarding to other system components
- Create and maintain test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements
- Automate and maintain system test cases
- Identify, analyse, document, and track software and system defects
