About the role
This position is responsible for producing machined parts by programming, setting up and operating a CNC machine. Also perform daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on CNC machinery. Use specialized instruments to ensure quality requirements.
What you'll do
- Fill up and verify machine checklist
- Verify stations for last batch production and fill up Line clearance documents
- Check material availability as per production plan on station with required documents
- Start operation after verifying machine program, offset, last part produce dimension reports
- Loading part into machine for machining as per set program
