Area Road Logistics Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager – Road Logistics to lead our Hyderabad business, with end-to-end responsibility for operational performance, customer management, people leadership and P&L. This is a predominantly operations-focused leadership role (70% Operations / 30% Strategic), with a strong mandate to ensure operational excellence while driving sustainable and profitable business growth.

What you'll do

• Play a key role in transporting goods, optimising processes, and fulfilling our customers' promises
• Manage an established team and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless customer service
• Own the overall P&L and business performance of the Hyderabad branch
• Lead day-to-day trucking and transportation operations, ensuring service quality, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Manage vendor and transportation partners to ensure consistent service delivery and operational performance
