What you'll do
- Play a key role in designing, managing, and optimizing solutions that keep goods moving efficiently
- Ensure compliance with central and state labour laws including CLRA, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, PF, ESI, etc
- Manage and monitor contract labour compliance, including vendor documentation, statutory validations, and adherence checks
- Maintain and update statutory registers, records, filings, and compliance trackers across all locations
- Support execution of internal and external audits, including documentation, site readiness, and closure tracking of observations
