About the role
As a Senior Application Expert (L3 Support), you will play a critical role in maintaining the stability, performance and availability of Blue Yonder Warehouse Management solutions. Working closely with support teams, operations and development teams, you will resolve complex production issues, perform root cause analysis and drive continuous service improvements for business critical logistics operations.
What you'll do
- Play a key role in transporting goods, optimising processes, and fulfilling our customers' promises
- Play a critical role in maintaining the stability, performance and availability of Blue Yonder Warehouse Management solutions
- Resolve complex production issues, perform root cause analysis and drive continuous service improvements for business critical logistics operations
- Investigate and resolve complex incidents escalated from Level 1 and Level 2 support teams
- Perform detailed root cause analysis (RCA) and identify permanent corrective actions
