About the role
The IL Excellence Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence across the supply chain by managing LSP performance, ensuring compliance with SOPs and KPIs, and advancing digital integration through automation and real-time shipment visibility. The role collaborates closely with internal stakeholders and external LSPs to support efficient operations, continuous improvement, and successful customer implementations.
What you'll do
- Play a key role in transporting goods, optimising processes, and fulfilling our customers' promises
- Responsible for driving operational excellence across the supply chain by managing LSP performance, ensuring compliance with SOPs and KPIs
- Manage and oversee Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) to ensure service excellence
- Monitor supplier performance, drive continuous improvement, and manage escalations
- Support LSP onboarding, integration, SOP implementation, EDI, and digital initiatives
