About the role
We are looking for an AI Data Scientist to help design and strengthen enterprise AI solutions across Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, data platforms and responsible data use. In this role, you will combine Data Science, Generative AI, enterprise data platforms, and Consulting to turn complex business information into secure, reusable, and practical AI solutions.
What you'll do
- Design and implement context engineering and RAG strategies for LLM-based solutions
- Develop and optimize chunking approaches , embedding pipelines , and semantic retrieval models
- Build and maintain retrieval pipelines using frameworks such as LlamaIndex
- Design and operate enterprise data lakes using Microsoft Fabric / OneLake
- Prepare, curate, and enrich data for AI consumption, including unstructured enterprise content
