Lead UA Manager

About the role

This role is for you if you’re a hands-on UA leader who gets a real buzz from spotting where the next profitable pound of spend is hiding, and proving it. You’ll grow a team of UA Managers who proudly own their games and bring an investor’s eye to the whole portfolio so every game and every campaign earns its place in the spotlight.

What you'll do

• Steer portfolio UA. Set the UA strategy across our games and channels, and put every pound where it works hardest
• Grow a brilliant team. Lead and coach our UA Managers, give each of them clear ownership of their games, and help them do the best work of their careers
• Unlock profitable scale. Find the games ready to grow faster, and move quickly when something isn’t paying back
• Keep targets sharp. Work with our analytics team on LTV and ROAS targets, and bring a healthy challenge when the numbers don’t add up
• Power the creative engine. Partner with our creative and analytics teams so every game has a steady flow of fresh ads being tested, learned from, and scaled
