What you'll do
- CS Management Trainee seeking practical experience shall be well versed in understanding regulatory landscape
- Track regulatory updates, amendments related to different departments (HR, ER, LR, Payroll, Tax, Finance, Treasury, Benefits, Diversity etc.,)
- Preparation of board meetings
- Document preparation for all Secretarial matters
- Companies Act and other statutory acts applicable to company
