About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical & Project Engineer with 7-10 years of experience in the Chemical or FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing mechanical and piping systems for process plants, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.
What you'll do
- Develop layouts, equipment selection, and support structures using industry-standard tools
- Review P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams) and GA (General Arrangement) drawings for equipment and piping
- Ensure proper pump, compressor, heat exchanger, and tank selection based on process requirements
- Coordinate with process, electrical, instrumentation, and civil engineers to ensure seamless design integration
- Project Execution & Field Support
