About the role
As Embedded Capability Leader, you'll be part of our Engineering team located in Pune, India. We are looking for Embedded Capability Leader to support the Embedded Product Development at Pune Design Center for brushless motor control products in the space of Professional Power Tools and Outdoor Equipment.
What you'll do
- Be part of our Engineering team located in Pune, India
- Lead embedded capability consist of multiple teams - Development, Automation, Manual Testing & MBD
- Collaborate with other design teams including battery chargers, power conversion (motors), and motor controls teams along with product development leaders in globe
- Lead a cross functional team across multiple product lines driving embedded software into motor driven end product
- Manage all aspects of the project execution including design, development, integration and testing
