What you'll do
- Define ECU hardware architecture, block diagrams, interfaces, power architecture, clocking, reset and diagnostic concepts
- Translate system and customer requirements into hardware requirements, design constraints and verification criteria
- Guide SoC, memory, PMIC, communication interface and automotive-grade component selection
- Lead architecture and design reviews covering high-speed interfaces, SI/PI, thermal behavior, EMC and manufacturability
- Drive ISO 26262 safety architecture activities, including FMEA, FMEDA and ASIL-D design considerations
