Lead_CMMS_Maintenance_Data_Manager at L&T Technology Services. Own the overall CMMS maintenance build scope, delivery plan, schedule, milestones, resource plan, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
What you'll do
- Own the overall CMMS maintenance build scope, delivery plan, schedule, milestones, resource plan, priorities, and acceptance criteria
- Lead and coordinate the Asset Register & Asset Hierarchy, BOM, and Maintenance Build workstreams
- Serve as the primary client interface and maintain effective relationships with Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, IT
- Facilitate project governance meetings, technical workshops, progress reviews, issue-resolution sessions, and management presentations
- Manage scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, change requests, quality metrics, productivity, and corrective actions
