About the role
The Key Handover Lead will be responsible for managing and driving the end-to-end Key Handover (KHO) process across projects, ensuring that residential units, infrastructure, and associated services are handed over to customers in accordance with defined quality and readiness standards.
What you'll do
- Take overall ownership of the end-to-end Key Handover process across assigned projects
- Lead and guide site KHO teams to ensure timely and seamless handover of units
- Establish handover readiness criteria, checklists, processes, and quality standards
- Ensure units are thoroughly inspected and ready
- Drive the objective of achieving zero-defect handover of units
