Ensure minimization of costs through continuous monitoring and analysis of maintenance practice. Preparation of budget and adherence to approved budget.
What you'll do
- Ensure availability of critical spare material to minimize breakdown time and maximize availability of plant. Prepare VED analysis of spare
- Planning and execution of annual overhauling of electrical system within time frame on cost reduction and time management. To avoid the dumping of inventory
- Ensure zero fatality due to electrical failures
- Identify safety observation and Implementation of Hazard & near miss reporting culture
- Ensure compliance of permit-to-work (PTW) system/ LOTO system to ensure zero accident
