What you'll do
- Identify and source *redevelopment opportunities* across Mumbai
- Build and maintain relationships with *housing societies, landowners, consultants, and channel partners*
- Evaluate potential redevelopment projects based on *location, development potential, feasibility, and commercial viability*
- Conduct initial *project feasibility and financial analysis*
- Prepare *business plans, development proposals, financial models, and project presentations*
