Responsible for the design, engineering, and performance optimization of semiconductor cleanroom facilities, ensuring controlled environments that meet stringent contamination control and process requirements.
What you'll do
- Responsible for the design, engineering, and performance optimization of semiconductor cleanroom facilities
- Develop and review cleanroom layouts, HVAC system designs, airflow distribution models, air change rate calculations, pressure cascade strategies, filtration systems
- Perform airflow analysis, temperature and humidity control assessments, cleanroom classification studies
- Coordinate the design and integration of HVAC equipment, HEPA/ULPA filtration systems, make-up air units, exhaust systems, duct networks, and building automation controls
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, architectural
