Mid-level civil and construction contract role at Larsen & Toubro in Mumbai. Needs a B.Tech, B.E. or diploma.
About the role
To plan, monitor, assess resources, direct and act to ensure adherence to the Construction program in order to complete the project within the contract period. To advise and provide input into negotiation and selection of subcontractors and suppliers in order to meet project cost and quality. To manage terms and deliverables for both the prime contract and subcontracts in order to protect the Company's risks and obligations.
What you'll do
