About the role
Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, estimates, and support in providing cost for annual business planning to ensure effective financial control throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct quantity and cost analysis for every item of work, benchmark project costs within company and industry, and evaluate design changes and value engineering proposals to optimize project costs.

- Monitor project expenditures against approved budgets, analyse cost variances, and implement corrective actions to maintain financial performance
- Prepare monthly cost reports, cost-to-complete forecasts, final cost reports, and present budget performance and financial insights to management
- Support procurement and contract management through cost evaluations/rate analysis, monitoring contract variations, claims, change orders
