About the role
We are looking for a business-oriented Scheduling & Project Controls Manager to lead planning, scheduling, project controls, and integrated project management for the Water & Effluent Treatment business. A person who is passionate about execution, takes ownership beyond his/her defined responsibilities and has the drive and ability to bring people and functions together to deliver results.
What you'll do
- Develop, integrate, and maintain master project schedules using Primavera P6, including critical path, baselines, milestones, progress measurement, forecasting
- Drive integrated project controls by linking schedule, cost, resources, procurement, engineering, construction, risks, and commercial performance
- Implement and monitor Earned Value Management (EVM) and key KPIs such as SPI, CPI, EV, EAC, ETC, and schedule/cost variances
- Monitor project performance, identify trends, risks, delays, and cost/schedule deviations, and drive appropriate corrective actions
- Provide portfolio-level dashboards, forecasts, and management insights to Business Heads and senior leadership
