About the role
For this project, we are looking for candidates who have hands-on experience working on high-rise projects.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end MEP execution for high-rise real estate projects
- Handle both Electrical & Mechanical services , including HT/LT, DG, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, pumps and other building services
- Manage contractors, consultants and MEP site teams to ensure timely execution
- Coordinate MEP works with Civil, Structural and Architectural teams
- Review drawings, specifications, material approvals and execution plans
