About the role
Consolidate functional (L3/L4) schedules prepared by Functional Planners into the overall master plan. Establish and control the project baseline schedule and S-curves for client approval and internal governance. Prepares S Curve at Project & Function levels – Engineering, procurement & construction Validate resource and quantity loading across the schedule to ensure alignment between planned execution and actual resource availability.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules (L1 & L2), capturing contractual milestones, major deliverables
- Define and standardize the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), activity codes, and progress measurement methodology to ensure consistency across functions
- Establish and control the project baseline schedule and S-curves for client approval and internal governance. Prepares S Curve at Project & Function levels
- Ensure integration of subcontractor/vendor schedules into the master project schedule
- Conduct variance analysis (planned vs actual vs forecast) and report deviations from the baseline
