About the role
The Head of Quality will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and overseeing the quality assurance and quality control systems across the green hydrogen value chain. This includes the design, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operation of green hydrogen production facilities.
What you'll do
- Quality Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and hydrogen-specific standards
- Lead the quality function across all business units and project stages, including EPC (engineering, procurement, construction), operations, and supply chain
- Drive a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement across the organization
- Establish quality control plans, inspection test plans (ITPs), and quality procedures for green hydrogen projects (e.g., electrolyzers, compressors, storage tanks
