About the role
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Estimation Engineer for construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing HVAC cost estimates, quantity take-offs, BOQs, and tender submissions, ensuring accurate costing and competitive bids for HVAC systems.
What you'll do
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC systems in construction projects
- Review HVAC drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents
- Perform quantity take-offs for HVAC equipment, ducting, piping, insulation, and accessories
- Estimate costs for materials, labour, equipment, installation, testing, and commissioning
- Prepare BOQs, rate analysis, and cost comparison statements
