About the role
India, Tamil Nadu, Chennai Head Qrs. Ensure compliance with ISO 19650, BIM Execution Plan (BEP), and project-specific BIM standards. Validate models for LOD requirements, IFC compliance, and data consistency. Perform model quality checks and maintain BIM integrity throughout the project lifecycle. Implement and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.
What you'll do
- Ensure compliance with ISO 19650, BIM Execution Plan (BEP), and project-specific BIM standards
- Perform model quality checks and maintain BIM integrity throughout the project lifecycle
- Implement and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and best practices
- Support 4D (Scheduling) and 5D (Cost Estimation) BIM integration
- Manage version control, documentation, and Common Data Environments (CDE) such as ProjectWise and BIM 360
