About the role
NOC L2 Engineers are responsible for carrying out monitoring operations as well configuring network and telecommunication equipment in datacenter and other organizations.
What you'll do
- Provide 24×7 Level-2 operational support for Data Center, COLO, and Cloud infrastructure environments
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for network, compute, storage, virtualization, and infrastructure incidents
- Resolve escalated incidents from NOC L1 within agreed SLA and OLA timelines
- Support day-to-day operations of enterprise and Data Center LAN, WAN, Internet, MPLS, VPN, and cloud network connectivity
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless infrastructure, IB switches
