About the role
For this project, we are looking for candidates who have hands-on experience working on high-rise projects of at least G+40 floors .
What you'll do
- Preparation of a Master Schedule, establishing Project Baseline, continuous Supervision, Tracking and Monitoring of the project progress
- Releasing Quarterly Plans, capturing and tracking the various Constraints and mitigating the Risks involved, in terms of Time, Cost
- Releasing Monthly Plan and preparation of Progress Report for the Senior Management. Identify Delays and provide Corrective Actions to achieve the milestone
- Visiting Site on weekly basis and prepare Site notes based on Observation
- Collaborate and Co-ordinate with the Site, Contracts, Procurement and Estimation Team to ensure the availability of Contractor and Material before the commencement of…
