About the role
Responsible for finishing works of high-rise residential projects including masonry, plaster, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, doors/windows and related works.
What you'll do
- Plan and monitor finishing activities as per project schedule and quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, MEP and other project teams for smooth execution
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and quality requirements
- Monitor manpower, material usage, productivity and resolve site issues
- Conduct inspections, identify defects and ensure timely rectification and snag closure
