What you'll do
- Lead technical bid and proposal activities, including concept design, GA development, weight estimation, stability assessment and technical compliance documentation
- Perform hydrostatic, intact stability, damage stability, loading condition and lightship assessments
- Develop and optimize hull forms to meet performance, stability and operational requirements
- Manage weight estimation, weight control and weight monitoring throughout project execution
- Coordinate with Hull, Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC and Production teams to ensure timely delivery of engineering deliverables
