About the role
#LI-DNI - Old TAR - LNT/MM/1473254 Planning, Execution & commissioning of MEP Works by enhancing the capacity and productivity of the project, developing the control budget and cost estimate for the project. Developing project schedules, assisting design team, distribution system & layout of various MEP equipment to be commissioned in the project.
What you'll do
- Developing project schedules, assisting design team, distribution system & layout of various MEP equipment to be commissioned in the project
- Liaising with clients for approvals, inspections, dispatches, execution of projects & providing guidance to the team
- Executing cost saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditures and work within the budget
- Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordinating with site
- Monitoring progress, critical path, data collection and analysis to detect early warning signals for delay and suggesting remedial actions
