What you'll do
- The Precast Execution Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing all daily precast facility operations to meet project deadlines
- This includes planning production, installation and ensuring strict adherence to quality standards through QC processes, and optimizing material inventory and usage
- The role also involves leading and training the production team while driving continuous improvement and a site-wide safety culture
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians
- Assign tasks, provide technical guidance, and ensure effective workforce.Conduct training for the staff on safety protocols and operational procedures
