What you'll do
- Responsible for end-to-end contract management including tender review, subcontract administration, claims management, billing coordination, contractual correspondence
- Responsible for managing all contractual activities related to projects, vendors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure compliance, cost control, risk mitigation
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, company policies, and legal requirements
- Monitor project progress against contractual obligations and milestones
- Identify contractual risks and recommend mitigation measures
