Matters relating to corporate restructuring including Business Transfer Agreements, Asset sale etc. Matters relating to Insolvency and Bankruptcy code. Compliance with Corporate Governance, SEBI /Stock Exchange requirements.
What you'll do
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various types on Contracts, Agreements, tenders, NDA's, Master Service Agreement, Share Purchase Agreement, Joint Venture Agreements
