What you'll do
- Head – Ship Repair & Refit
- Responsible for planning, coordinating and executing ship repair and refit projects in coordination with various stakeholders, adhering to agreed schedules
- Leads project teams, manages resources, interfaces with customers and drives operational excellence to achieve business objectives
- ? Plan, organize and oversee ship repair, refit and dry-docking projects from commencement to completion
- ? Review defect lists, repair specifications and customer requirements to define project scope and execution strategy
